What happens after you hit Hold my slot
The form takes about 45 seconds. The whole thing — from hitting submit to your tire being swapped — usually runs 25 to 40 minutes in normal traffic.

When the booking form is the right call
We're built for one specific job — swapping your spare onto the car at your location. Some situations are better handled a different way. Here's an honest map.
Book us when…
Your car has a usable spare
Full-size or temporary donut, properly inflated. That's 80% of what we handle — a clean swap at your curb in under 20 minutes.
You're in a safe pull-off spot
Parking lot, side street, gas station, shoulder of a low-speed road. We can swap on-site if you can legally be there.
Your A/C stopped blowing cold
Especially in Miami-Dade summer. We carry R-134a and R-1234yf on every truck and EPA-cert our techs for mobile recharge work.
It's weeknights 5 PM–7 AM, or any time on a weekend
Standard coverage window. Outside that (weekday daytime), the booking form queues a request and the on-call tech confirms by text within 10 minutes.
Not a fit if: You're stuck in an active high-speed lane of I-95 with cars flying past. Get off the highway first. Safety first, swap second.
Booking FAQ
The eight things people ask before they hit submit
A hold reserves the slot without locking in the exact fee. The tech runs the real price on your card after the work is done — same card, same authorization, same one-step receipt. If we don't make it to your car at all, the full $20 returns automatically within 5 to 7 business days (most banks release same-day). You never get charged for a no-show.
Pick the "No spare" scenario on the form. The tech brings a universal temporary spare (donut-style, fits most sedans and small SUVs) and the fee adjusts: $40 base plus a separate $40 hold for the loaner tire. If your vehicle has a non-standard fitment (low-profile performance, certain EVs), the form will flag it and a dispatcher will text you within five minutes to confirm.
Median dispatch from submission to tech-on-site is about 22 minutes. Real-world range across Miami-Dade is 12 minutes (inside the I-95 / SR-826 / SR-836 triangle on a weekday morning) to 45 minutes (a Friday rush hour on US-1 south of Cutler Bay). The form's live ETA strip pulls from the actual dispatch grid, not a marketing number.
Both. If you can pull completely off the travel lane — paved shoulder, exit ramp, weigh station, gas station lot adjacent to the highway — our techs will work there. They carry high-vis vests, flares, and cone triangles. We will not dispatch a tech to a car still sitting in an active traffic lane. Pull over first, then book.
$65 is the weekday base for a clean spare swap. Plug repair is +$10. No-spare scenarios add $40 plus a separate $40 hold for the loaner tire. Weekend mornings (Sat–Sun before noon) are $50. Weekend nights after 9 PM run $65. A/C refresh $89.99, A/C rescue $189.99, A/C guarantee $69.99. R-134a refrigerant +$15.99 per can if needed. Full price list is on the pricing page.
Two outcomes: if our tech simply never arrives (dispatch error, vehicle breakdown, GPS confusion), the $20 hold releases in full. If they arrive but can't perform the work for a verifiable safety reason (active construction, hostile environment, false location), the dispatcher calls you, documents why, and releases the hold. We text you either way within 60 minutes of the appointment window closing.
Yes — free cancel up until a tech accepts your job (typically 1–4 minutes after you submit). After acceptance, we keep $5 to cover the dispatch cost and return the remaining $15 of the hold. Reschedule is free and unlimited. Just reply to the confirmation text or call the number in the SMS — no login required.
Yes — pick "A/C not cold" in the scenario picker. The booking expands to capture refrigerant type (R-134a or R-1234yf), the symptom (no cold air at all vs. weak at idle), and last-service date if you know it. A/C work is performed by EPA Section 608 / 609 certified techs under a visible compliance disclaimer. The A/C pricing page explains the three service tiers: refresh, rescue, and guarantee.
Not sure which scenario?
Read the situation-specific page first.
Each scenario has a dedicated page with what to do in the first five minutes, what we can and can't fix, and what the actual fee looks like in that situation.
