Federal holiday calls are quoted live on the phone before dispatch — never a surprise invoice. Standard rates apply the rest of the week, including overnight.
Home, work, mall parking lot, or condo garage — same flat rate. We bring our own tools and torque to manufacturer spec.
We don't add fees after the fact. The rate you see when you call is the rate on your receipt.
Our dispatcher checks the current day-of-week and time-of-day window. Weekend AM, weekday PM, or weekend night — each has a posted flat rate.
We ask one or two questions: spare available? tire damage type? location (highway shoulder, parking lot, driveway)? Any add-on is named before dispatch.

On-site, we walk through every line item: base rate, any add-on, and tax. You sign before payment captures. No surprise line items.

Weekday evenings (5:00 PM–12:00 AM) carry peak commuter demand and interstate traffic flow — that's when most I-95 and SR-826 calls come in, so we price to match. Saturday and Sunday mornings have lighter call volume, so we pass the savings to you.
There's an additional $40 fee for no-spare situations, plus a $40 authorization hold on a replacement tire if needed. We'll explain all options before any work begins. If you'd rather tow to a shop, we'll happily recommend one — no upsell.
No highway surcharge. The price you see is the price you pay, anywhere in Miami-Dade County — I-95, US-1, the Dolphin, the Palmetto, or a side street in Hialeah. Same rate.
A/C service uses refrigerant (R-134a), specialized gauges, vacuum equipment, and an EPA 608 certified technician. The flat tire swap is a jack-and-torque job — different tooling, different time, different cost basis. We don't bundle them: you only pay for the service you need.
If we run a recharge or diagnostic and can't get your vent temperature below 50°F, we hand back $20 of the service fee. It's our way of saying we won't take money for a fix that didn't work. See the full A/C guarantee terms.
Card on-site via Stripe tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or cash. We authorize the hold before dispatch; the card is captured after the work is signed off.
If it's not safe — a sidewall blowout on a busy highway shoulder, a vehicle on unstable ground, or a tire that won't come off the hub — we won't do the job. The dispatch fee is waived and we refer you to a partner shop. Your safety beats our revenue.
