Flat in a parking lot?
We come to you.

On-site spare swap at your location, typically ~15 minute dispatch.

You pulled into Dolphin Mall, Aventura Mall, or a beach-side garage and came back to a flat — or worse, heard it hiss on the way in. You don't need a tow. You don't need a shop appointment. You need someone to roll up to your parking space, drop your spare on, and get you home. That's the whole job. We do it across Miami-Dade, weeknights 5 PM to 7 AM and around the clock on weekends.

How a parking-lot job runs

Call → locate → dispatch → fixed.

Four steps, no shop visit, no tow truck, no waiting room. The whole job usually happens between your parking space and your driver's seat.

01

You call

Dial the dispatch line or send your GPS pin from the booking page. Tell us which lot, which row, which level of the garage. We answer in under a minute during operating hours.

02

We locate

We confirm the lot, the vehicle (year/make/model if you have it), and whether your spare is inflated. Tech on the grid maps your pin and picks the closest unit with the right wheel-and-socket kit.

03

Dispatch

A van rolls to your parking space with a hydraulic jack, impact wrench, torque wrench, and a fresh valve stem if yours is cracked. We don't reuse sketchy tools from the back of a pickup.

04

You're fixed

Spare goes on, lugs torqued to spec, flat goes in your trunk (or ours if it's a doughnut). You're back on the road in roughly the time it takes to load a shopping cart.

What we actually do in a lot

Six services, all on-site.

If your tire problem fits one of these six boxes, we're your answer. If it doesn't, we'll tell you on the phone and save you the hold fee.

Spare swap

The bread and butter. We drop your spare on at your parking space. Most jobs run 12–18 minutes from jack-down to torque-click.

from $65Details →

Plug repair +$10

Tread-only punctures from a nail or screw get a proper plug-and-patch from the inside, on the spot. Sidewall hits get a different answer.

No-spare rescue

No spare? No problem — we tow your wheel to the nearest open tire shop and bring you a loaner donut. Or we flatbed you home. Either way you're not stranded in row 7.

What the swap looks like, end to end.

A short, honest walkthrough of a parking-lot spare swap. No movie magic — just the jack, the wrench, the torque sequence, and the three checks we do before we close the trunk.

Where this actually happens

Lots, garages, and ramps we pull into weekly.

Parking-lot jobs aren't generic. A Dolphin Mall garage on a Saturday is a different animal than a Sunny Isles condo ramp at 11 PM. Here's how the corridors break down by traffic pattern.

I-95 · I-95 corridor lots & rest-area pull-offs▾
Debris pattern: Truck tire retread chunks, fallen trailer chains, and rim-edge nails from the freight lanes between NW 62nd and the Golden Glades interchange. Rest-area lots at NW 95th and SW 8th see the worst concentration. Best dispatch windows: Weekend mornings, 5 AM – 5 PM, are our lowest rate — $50 flat. Full I-95 corridor analysis →
SR-836 · Dolphin Expressway service roads & mall feeders▾
Debris pattern: Construction-zone debris from the ongoing 836 expansion drops screws and rebar caps onto feeder roads west of NW 87th Ave. Dolphin Mall's south lot sees a steady stream of customer flats during holiday weekends. Best dispatch windows: Weekday mornings (7 – 10 AM) before the inbound rush clogs the feeder; evening window 7 – 9 PM is the second-best. Full 836 corridor analysis →
SR-826 · Palmetto frontage lots & cut-through plazas▾
Debris pattern: Heavy truck volume on the Palmetto between US-1 and I-75 means continuous retread and lug-nail droppings. Plazas along NW 167th and SW 8th feeders see weekend shopper flats. Best dispatch windows: Sunday early-morning (5 – 8 AM) is the cheapest window for any job in this corridor. Full 826 corridor analysis →
US-1 · US-1 / South Dixie commercial strips▾
Debris pattern: Older commercial corridors with cracked asphalt, deep potholes at intersections, and curb-edge impacts from tight parking. High frequency of sidewall bulges from impact damage. Best dispatch windows: Weekday midday, when parallel-parking stress is lowest and techs can stage close. Full US-1 corridor analysis →
AVENT · Aventura Mall & surrounding retail decks▾
Debris pattern: Multi-level parking decks concentrate debris in the corners and ramps — screws, bolts, and the occasional shopping-cart wheel bracket. Holiday weekends are brutal; we run a dedicated unit in this corridor Saturdays. Best dispatch windows: Sunday morning is the cheapest window. Weekday evenings after 8 PM see deck lighting get tricky — we come prepared with headlamps. Full Aventura corridor analysis →
SUNNY · Sunny Isles Blvd condo ramps▾
Debris pattern: Tight condo ramps with steep transitions eat sidewalls. Salt air accelerates valve-stem corrosion — we replace cracked stems for free on every Sunny Isles job. Best dispatch windows: Weekday mornings, before beach traffic returns. Late-night is also a corridor we run heavy. Full Sunny Isles corridor analysis →
HALL · Hallandale Beach Blvd retail & beach lots▾
Debris pattern: Beach-side parking lots bring sand-corrosion issues plus the usual retail-cart debris. Hallandale's compact grid lets us stage a tech within two blocks of any lot. Best dispatch windows: Morning windows beat beach-return traffic. Mid-week is the cheapest. Full Hallandale corridor analysis →
OPA · Opa-locka Blvd industrial lots▾
Debris pattern: Industrial yards and trucking terminals bring heavy debris. Tread separation chunks from commercial trucks are common — if the flat is from a chunk, we swap and recommend a tire shop visit. Best dispatch windows: Weekday afternoons, when industrial traffic dies down. Full Opa-locka corridor analysis →
GG · Golden Glades interchange lots▾
Debris pattern: The interchange is the worst debris zone in the county. Truck runoff from all directions lands in the perimeter lots. We stage a tech here 12 hours a day. Best dispatch windows: This is the one corridor where timing barely helps — come whenever, we'll be close. Full Golden Glades analysis →
MIA-G · Miami Gardens commercial▾
Debris pattern: Hard Rock Stadium event nights bring a wave of parking-lot debris — bottle caps, tent stakes, the occasional lug nut from over-torqued aftermarket wheels. Best dispatch windows: Mid-week daytime. Avoid stadium event weekends if you can. Full Miami Gardens analysis →
NMB · North Miami Beach residential▾
Debris pattern: Residential driveway curbs and street-parking scrapes are the main culprits. Sidewall kisses from tight parallel-parking are routine. Best dispatch windows: Evenings are great; techs roll in with headlamps and jack pads sized for residential slabs. Full NMB analysis →
HIAL · Hialeah industrial & retail corridors▾
Debris pattern: Heavy commercial truck traffic and older infrastructure. Lots of pothole-driven sidewall damage in this corridor — we run plug-repairs constantly. Best dispatch windows: Weekday late-morning is the sweet spot. We run a dedicated unit in Hialeah. Full Hialeah analysis →

What people say after

Real notes from real lots.

We don't run review-discount programs and we don't chase a star count. The reviews below came in from customers who had a flat in a parking lot and called us instead of AAA.

Came back from dinner at Dolphin Mall to a completely flat rear tire. Called at 9 PM, tech was at my car in 18 minutes. He even checked my other three tires and topped off the spare pressure. Best $65 I've spent.
Marisol R.Doral · Saturday evening★★★★★
Live-marker on the website showed a unit 4 minutes away. By the time I walked back from the smoothie place my spare was on. No drama, no upsell. I almost wanted them to charge me more.
Devon T.Aventura · Sunday morning★★★★★
I drive a Camry with no spare. They towed my wheel to a shop on 163rd and brought me a loaner. Whole thing took 40 minutes. I thought it was going to be a three-hour nightmare.

Questions, parking-lot edition

Eight things people ask before they call.

How fast can you actually get to my parking lot? ▾
Across Miami-Dade, our average dispatch is 15 minutes from the moment you hang up (or submit your pin) to the moment the tech's van pulls into your row. Heavy-traffic windows — Friday 5–7 PM, Sunday 11 AM–1 PM near malls — can stretch to 20–25 minutes. We give you an honest ETA on the phone, not a "we're 2 minutes away" lie.
What if my car is in a gated garage or a private lot? ▾
We work inside gated garages and condo ramps every day. Just tell dispatch which level and which row, and whether there's a code or a guard. Most Miami-Dade garages let service vehicles in with a quick call to the front desk — we can do that part too. If a property has a hard no, we'll arrange a curbside swap at the entrance.
Will you scratch my rims? ▾
We use a hydraulic jack with a rubber pad and torque-spec wrench — no impact guns on lugs at the end of the sequence. Rims get a microfiber wipe-down after the swap. We carry rim-protector sockets for aftermarket wheels. If we scratch it, we pay for it; that's in our terms.
What if my spare is flat or missing? ▾
Two paths. If your spare is flat, we have a portable compressor on every truck and can usually bring it up to pressure (slow, but works). If you have no spare at all — common on newer cars — we either swap on your doughnut from a tow (we carry one on the truck when scheduled) or we flatbed your vehicle to a tire shop. Either path is $40 on top of the base rate, with the $40 hold refunded on arrival.
Do you work in the rain? ▾
Yes. Miami gets three inches in twenty minutes and people still have flats. Our techs run ponchos, headlamps, and a non-slip jack pad rated for wet concrete. The only time we pause is active lightning within a half mile — that's a safety line, not a policy preference.
Can I pay with a card? ▾
Yes — tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay. The booking page takes a $40 hold via Stripe, and the tech runs the final card at the curb. Cash also works. We do not accept checks.
What's the difference between a parking-lot swap and a sidewall repair? ▾
A swap puts your spare on; the flat goes in your trunk or ours. A plug repair fixes a tread-only puncture (nail, screw) from the inside — the tire stays on the car. Sidewall damage can't be plugged safely; if that's what you've got, we swap to the spare and recommend a tire shop for replacement.
Will you give me a discount for leaving a 5-star review? ▾
No. We don't run review-discount programs and we never will. If the job was good, leave an honest review; if it wasn't, leave an honest review and we'll make it right. The price is the price.

Other ways this goes

Parking-lot flat is the easy one. Here's what else we handle.

Blew a tire on I-95?

Highway-side blowout is a different protocol — hazards on, off the shoulder if possible, then call. We dispatch with a wider safety perimeter.

Highway blowout →

Flat from road debris?

If the cause was a nail, screw, or piece of metal — we plug it. If it was a sidewall hit from a curb or pothole, we swap and send you to a tire shop.

Debris flat →

Sidewall puncture?

Sidewalls can't be plugged safely. We swap to your spare and flag the tire for replacement. If you have no spare, we flatbed.

Sidewall rule →

AC died in the same lot?

Miami heat plus a busted AC is the worst combo. Add an AC refresh or rescue to your tire job and we knock out both in one visit.
