Process · Three steps

From flat tire to fixed in three calls worth of work.

No app to download, no upsell at the curb. You call, we route the closest truck, we swap your spare and you drive away. Here's the literal sequence.

STEP 01

You call or tap

Dial (786) 551-9398 or use the booking page. Tell us your location pin, your vehicle (year/make/model), and where your spare is — trunk, under the cargo floor, donut in the well. 90 seconds.

STEP 02

We dispatch

A uniformed tech in a marked van leaves the closest depot. You'll get a text with the tech's name, ETA, and a live link. Average arrival across Miami-Dade right now is around 15 minutes.

STEP 03

Swap, scan, go

Spare goes on, lug nuts torqued to spec, tire pressure checked on all four. We scan the bad tire so you know whether to repair or replace. Card or hold-based payment, then you drive.

Services · Six offerings

What we actually do — at your curb, lot, garage, or shoulder.

Four tire services and two A/C services cover roughly 95% of what strands a driver in Miami-Dade. Anything else, we'll be straight with you on the phone.

Spare Swap

From $65 weekday · ~15 min

The bread and butter. Your donut or full-size spare goes on, flat comes off, lugs torqued to factory spec. We won't repair a tire with a sidewall blowout — we honestly swap it for your spare so you can keep moving.

Avg. job12–18 min on-site

Tire Plug Repair

+$10 on top of swap

Tread-area punctures from screws, nails, or construction debris — if the hole is in the safe repair zone, we plug it from the inside and patch the inner liner. Not for sidewalls, not for run-flats, not for tires that already drove flat.

Repair zoneTread only · <¼" diameter

No-Spare Tow & Swap

$40 service · $40 hold

Newer SUVs and sedans often ship without a spare. We bring a wheel that fits your bolt pattern and tire size (loaner, $40 fully-refundable hold). If you need a brand-new tire, we can source and mount same-day.

A/C Refresh Recharge

$89.99 · EPA 608 compliant

Car A/C blowing warm? We recover what's in the system, vacuum-test for leaks, recharge to spec with R-134a or R-1234yf depending on your model. Includes a written performance check before we leave.

A/C Rescue Diagnostic

$189.99 · full-system

Compressor not engaging, blowing hot on the highway, weak at idle, sweet smell — we'll hook up the manifold, read pressures on high and low side, check the condenser fan and clutch, and tell you exactly what's failing.

Coverage · Twelve corridors

Where we dispatch, route-by-route.

Miami-Dade is a corridor county — the work clusters around I-95, the Dolphin, the Palmetto, US-1, and the big east-west arterials. Pick the corridor you're stuck on for traffic patterns, debris hotspots, and typical arrival windows.

I-95 (Golden Glades to Cutler Bay)
Longest corridor in the county, ~36 miles of express lane swaps. Construction debris from the ongoing express-lane expansion tends to cluster between NW 62nd Street and NW 135th Street. Right-lane shoulder pull-offs are tight — call dispatch before you stop and we'll route you to a safer exit if needed.
SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway)
East-west toll road linking downtown Miami to the western suburbs and Miami International Airport. Heavy truck traffic at the western terminus produces more rebar and wood debris than other corridors. Mid-day toll-lane swaps at NW 27th Avenue are common flat-tire spots.
SR-826 (Palmetto Expressway)
North-south bypass around the urban core. Tight shoulders in the southern section between Bird Road and US-1 mean we usually stage the swap one exit north at a service station. Most blowouts here are heat-related blowouts on older tires, especially in July–September.
US-1 (South Dixie Highway)
The original Miami highway, dense signals from Cutler Bay through Kendall, Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables. Slow-speed flats are the norm — a parking lot or side street dispatch works fine. We routinely meet drivers in Whole Foods / Sunset Place lots.
Aventura Mall corridor ( Biscayne Blvd)
County-wide destination — drivers from Homestead, Hialeah, and Miami Beach all funnel here on weekends. Mall parking garage blowouts are common at the lower levels where ramps have sharp transitions. We meet you at any of the four parking decks or curbside on NE 29th Place.
Sunny Isles Blvd · Collins Ave
Beach traffic, hotel valet flats, condo-garage pinch-flats from low-profile tires on speed bumps. Valet staff usually know to flag us to the back-of-house loading area. We run this corridor seven days a week, all hours.
Hallandale Beach Blvd · Three Islands
Border corridor with Broward. East-west connector from US-1 to A1A. Older condo fleets on Three Islands account for a lot of slow-leak calls. We dispatch from the Hallandale depot most weekdays, so arrival times here are typically under 12 minutes.
Opa-locka Blvd · NW 27th Ave corridor
Industrial and freight corridor. Commercial van flats are common (we service light commercial but not heavy-duty trucks). Best practice is to pull into a side street off Opa-locka Blvd — we'll guide you in by phone.
Golden Glades interchange (I-95 / 826 / Florida Tpke)
The county's busiest interchange. If you flat in the weave lanes here, stay in your vehicle with hazards on and call — we'll send a tech from the closest staging point. Average arrival to a Golden Glades pin is 10–14 minutes.
Miami Gardens · 183rd St corridor
Hard Rock Stadium events create surge demand on Dolphins / Dolphins game days and concert nights. If you flat near the stadium on an event day, the dispatcher will route you to Lot 9 or 13 for a safer swap. Always mention the event when you call.
North Miami Beach · NE 163rd St
Mixed retail and residential corridor, frequent curb-flats from parking. We meet drivers at any shopping plaza, FIU North campus, or a residential driveway. Most NMB calls are routine swaps with a clean spare — average on-site time 14 minutes.
Hialeah · 49th St · Okeechobee Rd
Western corridor with older fleet vehicles. Spanish-speaking techs are available on request for this zone — just ask the dispatcher. Okeechobee construction debris from the ongoing roadwork tends to spike flat calls east of W 68th Street.

FAQ · Common questions

The eight things drivers ask before they book.

Anything else, the dispatcher picks up live and answers in plain English. No script, no upsell.

Do you actually repair tires or just swap spares?

We do plug-and-patch repairs on tread-area punctures (screw, nail, small debris). Sidewall damage, run-flat tires that already drove flat, or large gashes — we honestly swap your spare because repair isn't safe there.

What if my car doesn't have a spare?

Many newer cars don't. We stock loaner wheels for the most common bolt patterns and sizes (17"–20"). We charge a $40 fully-refundable hold and the standard no-spare service fee. If we don't have a match on the truck, we source and mount same-day.

How fast can you actually get here?

County-wide average is about 15 minutes from call to on-site, but it varies by corridor. Closer to the urban core (Brickell, downtown, MIA, Hialeah central) it's often 8–12. Northern corridors (Aventura, Sunny Isles) on weekend afternoons can stretch to 20–25 during event surges.

How does payment work?

Hold-first at booking with a real card (Stripe-secured). You're never charged until the job is done. Cash on-site is fine if you prefer.

Are your techs certified?

Yes. Florida business registration, and every tech holds ASE T/TS certification. We also carry EPA 608 / 609 refrigerant handling certification for the A/C services — the legal requirement for buying and recharging R-134a and R-1234yf.

What are the hours?

Weekdays 5 PM to 7 AM, and weekends we never close — including holidays. The only window we're closed is weekday daytime, 7 AM to 5 PM.

Do you service commercial trucks?

Light commercial vans and pickups (under 1 ton) — yes. Class 7–8 semis, no. If you're stranded in a box truck, we can usually recommend a tow partner — ask the dispatcher.

What if it rains or storms?

Active lightning within a quarter mile of your location means we pause roadside swaps — your safety and the tech's safety come first. We'll reschedule or relocate to the nearest covered spot (parking garage, gas station canopy) at no extra charge.
