Proof of Job
Every review must be tied to a real booking with a verified GPS pin, a Stripe authorization receipt, and a signed technician work order. We don't publish a rating without a job ID we can pull up.
A roadside flat tire is stressful enough. The last thing you need is a dispatch company that fakes its reputation. Flat Tire Miami publishes the full review-verification playbook — every step, every source, every filter — so you can see exactly how a five-star rating earns its place on our wall.
A single live weekday flat-swap rate. The badge refreshes after each completed job so the number you see matches what we charge. No hidden fees, no surge.
See full pricingMost roadside companies hide how they collect reviews. Some pay for stars, others let employees write them on company Wi-Fi, and a few outright fabricate them. We don't do any of that — and the page you're reading is the documentation. If you want to challenge a specific review or our process, you can email our editorial lead directly from the contact page.
Every review must be tied to a real booking with a verified GPS pin, a Stripe authorization receipt, and a signed technician work order. We don't publish a rating without a job ID we can pull up.
Ratings come from Google Business Profile, Trustindex, and direct post-job SMS — three independent sources. If a quote appears in only one channel, we cross-check it against the others before publishing.
Our editorial lead scans every submission for prompt-injection patterns, generic phrasing, and off-topic promotion. We do not auto-publish. A real person reads each one before it goes live.
From the moment your technician finishes the job to the moment a star shows up on our site, every review passes through five checkpoints. Any review that fails any step is either corrected, returned to the customer, or removed.
Before the tech leaves your GPS pin, the work order is signed in-app on your phone. The receipt includes time of arrival, time of completion, photos of the wheel well before and after, and the spare tire condition. This receipt is the root document of every later review.
Two days later we send a single SMS asking how the swap held up. We do not push for a five. We ask two questions: did the spare stay inflated, and would you call us again. Only customers who respond get a review request link.
Customers who say yes get a single link to either Google Business Profile or Trustindex — never both. We never ask for a star rating directly. We ask for honest feedback on a 1-to-5 scale with a free-text box. The platform is picked to match the customer's stated preference.
Every incoming review is read by our editorial lead within 24 hours. We check for: identical phrasing across jobs, off-topic promotion, prompt-injection patterns, and physical impossibilities (a "2 AM swap" on a closed corridor, for example). Suspicious submissions are quarantined.
Approved reviews publish with a small verified-job badge. Each review carries a private audit ID that maps back to the original booking record. If a customer disputes a quote, the audit ID lets us pull the exact job, technician, and dispatch GPS pin within 60 seconds.
These are common in our industry. None of them happen at Flat Tire Miami. If you ever see one of these from our brand, please report it directly to our editorial lead — that kind of slip is a network-level flag, not a normal mistake.
You will never see a "leave us 5 stars for $20 off" offer, a coupon tied to a rating, or a free service for a written quote. Discounts are only ever arrival-based and never public.
We do not hide 1-star reviews or push unhappy customers to a private channel. If a job went badly, that review goes live on the same page as the five-stars. We answer publicly within 24 hours.
Employees, owners, and their households are blocked from reviewing the business on any monitored channel. Same for our immediate subcontractors. We tag these accounts and exclude them from the published average.
We do not buy reviews from farms, do not pay for "local SEO" packages that include fake testimonials, and do not accept payment in any form for a verified-job badge. The audit log makes every paid star traceable and removable.
We do not optimize one platform's average by deleting from another. The same job that posts on Trustindex shows up in the GBP roll-up. Each channel keeps its own rating, but our site averages them transparently.
A bad day shows up in the data. If our average dips to 4.6 because of a real run of difficult jobs, we let it. We don't suppress outliers — we fix the underlying process and let customers see the recovery.
This is a side-by-side of what we do versus the typical roadside-assistance review pipeline you'll find elsewhere in Miami-Dade. We're publishing it because we want the contrast to be obvious.

This is an actual quote from a verified booking on the SR-826 Palmetto, kept on file as a teaching example. The customer agreed to be quoted publicly in exchange for the documentation being anonymized. Every word of it was written in their post-job SMS, transcribed by our editorial lead, and cross-checked against the Stripe authorization log.
The point of publishing a sample is to show you how much detail a legitimate quote contains: a real road name, a real time of day, a real response from the technician, and a real reason the customer came back the next day to confirm the spare held air. None of those details are possible in a fabricated review.
If you want to see more samples, our main reviews page has a rotating set. We refresh the sample monthly so the page never goes stale.
"Got a screw in the sidewall on the Palmetto near Flagler. The dispatcher texted me back in two minutes, sent Carlos, he swapped the spare in the shoulder in under twenty. He even checked the spare's pressure before he put it on. Next morning I texted them back — tire still holding. Five stars because nothing about this was fake."
Behind every public review is a private audit record. We don't keep more than we need to verify the job, but we keep enough that a customer can come back six months later and prove the booking happened. Here's exactly what is stored, what is purged, and what is encrypted.
GPS pin, dispatch time, technician badge ID, vehicle make/model (if shared), Stripe authorization ID, signed work order, and the post-job SMS exchange. Stored encrypted for 24 months.
Credit card numbers (Stripe tokenizes for us), license-plate images (we do not photograph plates), and any photo that captures a bystander's face. Purged within 14 days of job completion.
All audit records sit on AES-256 encrypted disks with key rotation every 90 days. Access is logged, scoped by role, and reviewed monthly. We do not sell, rent, or share booking data with third-party marketers.
You can request the full audit log for any of your past bookings via email. You can request deletion at any time, subject to a 7-day safety window for fraud review. We respond to every request within 5 business days.
Eight questions we hear from Miami-Dade drivers who want to know how seriously we take this.
We will tell you the exact fee before we roll. We will text you the technician's name and ETA. We will not ask you for a star — we will ask you if the spare held air the next morning.
