What happens next

Four steps from your call to your spare on.

No app download, no account, no jargon. Here's exactly how a job moves through our console.

Step 01

You call or text

Hit (786) 551-9398 or text the same number. The on-shift dispatcher picks up — no phone tree, no hold music loop.

~30 sec
Step 02

We confirm your pin

Send a Google Maps pin, an address, or a highway marker. We verify you're inside the active service zone.

~1 min
Step 03

Driver is dispatched

The closest mobile unit with the right jack point for your vehicle is dispatched. You get a text with the driver's name and ETA.

~15 min
Step 04

Spare goes on, you roll

Driver swaps the flat for your spare, torques the lugs to spec, and you're back on the road. Card or tap-to-pay on site.

~10 min on-site
Service area

12 corridors. One flat-swap operator.

We cover the high-traffic corridors and the surrounding surface streets. Pick your corridor to see corridor-specific traffic patterns, debris hot-spots, and average ETA windows.

Where we're rolling right now

Live coverage across Miami-Dade County.

Zones A through D — color-coded by dispatch density. Zone A (north corridor) carries the most units on weekday evenings; Zone D (beaches) ramps up on weekends.

Contact FAQ

Quick answers before you call.

The most common things people ask before they reach out. If yours isn't here, just call (786) 551-9398.

What's the fastest way to reach you when I'm stuck?

A phone call to (786) 551-9398. Voice routes to the on-shift dispatcher in under 30 seconds. Text is safer if you're on a busy highway shoulder — same number. Don't use the form while stranded.

Do you answer after midnight?

Yes — the line is staffed Mon–Fri 5 PM–7 AM, and Sat–Sun around the clock. Outside the weeknight window (weekday daytime, 7 AM–5 PM) calls roll to voicemail — leave a pin and we'll roll as soon as a unit is free.

Can I text a pin drop instead of calling?

Yes. Open Google Maps, drop a pin, hit Share → copy link, and text that to (786) 551-9398. Include your tire size if you can read it on the door jamb.

I don't have a spare. Can you still help?

We stock a universal spare (donut) you can buy outright — see the no-spare scenario page for the full process and the $40 authorization hold. It's usually cheaper than a tow.

Where are you based? Can I come to a shop?

We're a mobile dispatch hub at 17600 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami 33169. We don't have a public-facing shop — every job is rolled to your pin. The hub is for fleet pickups and the warehouse.

Do you do fleet or business accounts?

Yes — ride-share, dealerships, body shops, and property managers all run on monthly invoiced accounts. Email [email protected] with monthly call volume and we'll send a one-pager.

Can I pay with a card on site?

Yes. Driver carries a Square reader. We also accept tap-to-pay (Apple Pay, Google Pay), CashApp, and cash. Booking uses Stripe hold-first ($40 authorization) so your card is on file before dispatch.

What if my vehicle isn't in your service zone?

We'll tell you upfront — the dispatcher confirms the zone before committing. If you're outside coverage, we'll refer you to a partner operator. We won't roll a unit to a pin that's outside our window.

Before you call

Stay safe while you wait.

If you're stuck on a shoulder or highway, the most important steps happen before the driver arrives. Two minutes now can save a fender.

On a highway shoulder

  • Get fully off the travel lane. If you can roll to the shoulder at 15–20 mph, do it.
  • Hazard lights on immediately. If it's dark or raining, headlights too.
  • Stay in the vehicle if the shoulder is narrow or traffic is moving fast.
  • If you must exit, exit on the side AWAY from traffic.
  • Don't stand directly behind or in front of the vehicle.

In a parking lot or garage

  • Put the vehicle in Park. Set the parking brake.
  • Turn wheels away from traffic if on a slope.
  • Note the level and nearest landmark (e.g. "Level 3, near Macy's").
  • If in a garage with low clearance, flag it on the call — our trucks are standard height.
  • Have your key fob ready — some vehicles require the fob inside to release the spare winch.
