The Flat-Tire Trunk Kit: What Miami Drivers Should Actually Carry

We are a flat-tire dispatch service - one job, done fast. Carry these items and our techs can have you rolling in minutes instead of standing around on the shoulder.

Essential Trunk Items

Three groups of items: be ready for the swap, survive the wait, and make the call go faster.

Your Spare, Found and Ready

  • Know exactly where your spare lives: under the trunk floor, bolted under the car, or missing entirely. Check before you need it.
  • Check the spare's pressure twice a year. A flat spare helps nobody.
  • Confirm your jack and lug wrench are in the car, not in the garage.
  • Car came with a tire-inflation kit instead of a spare (most 2018+ models)? Learn where it is and how it works now, not on the shoulder.

Survive the 15-Minute Wait

  • A gallon of water - for you, not the car. August on an I-95 shoulder is brutal.
  • Sun protection: hat, sunscreen, or a cheap windshield shade to stand under.
  • Phone charger or power bank. You need your phone to share your GPS pin with dispatch.
  • Rain poncho. South Florida storms start in 90 seconds and end in 10.

Make the Call Go Faster

  • Our number saved as a contact: (786) 551-9398. If a stranger is calling for you, they need it instantly.
  • A reflective vest. I-95 shoulders are dark and fast at night - be visible before our truck arrives.
  • Work gloves. Hot asphalt, dirty spares, sharp debris.
  • Note your nearest exit or mile marker before you call. It gets the right truck rolling.

Flat-Tire Questions, Answered

I don't have a spare. Can you still help?

Yes. We carry a no-spare temporary wheel ($35-40) that gets you safely to a shop. Just tell dispatch when you call.

How fast do you reach I-95?

Our average is 15 minutes to your GPS pin across Miami-Dade, from downtown Miami to the airport corridor.

Can every flat be plugged?

No. Tread punctures from nails and screws usually plug fine. Sidewall damage and large cuts cannot be plugged safely - those get a spare swap instead.

What are your hours?

5 AM to midnight, seven days a week. On-the-spot A/C recharge is available on every call if you need it.
